Rainbow Accents

Maple Wave
Natural Look. MapleWave® products have the warm, natural, consistent look of wood making them perfect for complimenting any space. They even look great with all of Jonti-Craft's Baltic Birch furniture!
Functionality. Get the advantages and ease of laminate with MapleWave furniture. These products are made with dual-sided MapleWave laminate making them E-Z to clean and long-lasting. Each board has a strong MDF core providing maximum strength and durability versus the common particleboard. Each product also features our MapleWave TRUEdge®, which has a natural wood look, while sealing out germs and moisture to ensure kids won't be able to peel it away from the board.
Berries
Activity Tables. Jonti-Craft's Berries Activity Tables are the perfect addition to any space and come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. The tough thermofused TRUEdge® is long-lasting and adds a splash of color to every space. They feature an extra-safe, dual-screw leg adjustability system that allows you to change the height of the table and is fastened in three layers for increased stability. Metal stabilizer bars help to reinforce large tables and the quick connect brackets are pre-attached making tables easy to assemble.

KYDZSafe Rounded Edges. Each and every one of our edges and corners are rounded to a minimum of a 1 inch radius, allowing children to play safely without getting hurt by sharp edges and corners.
KYDZSafe Kickplates. KYDZSafe kickplates add another level of safety to our products as they keep small toes and fingers from being pinched and prevent children from losing their favorite toys underneath the unit. Kickplates not only add strength and safety to a product, but they also add high quality aesthetics.
KYDZSafe 15" Depth. Our KYDZSafe 15" depth adds increased stability to all of our products and provides 25% more storage space than the competitors' 12" depth.

Jonti-Craft’s KYDZTuff® finish is just that — tuff enough for kids. It is an ultraviolet acrylic coating that’s as tough as the finish on the lanes of a bowling alley and it’s environmentally friendly too. The finish is ultra-durable and resists yellowing over time, so your furniture can look as new as the day you purchased it. It has an extra-strong resistance to daily wear and handles cleaning products with ease — even bleach and nail polish remover. KYDZStrong Construction.Jonti-Craft, we employ dowel-pin construction. This technique is stronger than the dado joints used by other companies and prevents weakening at the joints, where most of the stress occurs. Using this method also results in a more aesthetically pleasing product and extends the product’s lifetime by 50 percent.
KYDZStrong Materials. Our products are crafted with durable materials that are made to last. Baltic Birch products are made with Eleven Ply ⅝" Baltic Birch, the strongest plywood in the world. The plies are laid cross-ways to make each board stronger and to prevent the wood from expanding and contracting in seasonal weather changes. Our Rainbow Accents® and MapleWave® products are laminated on both sides making them E-Z to clean and are made with MDF cores that are uniquely formulated for maximum strength and longevity.
KYDZStrong Recessed Backs. Jonti-Craft products are constructed with durable recessed backs, which not only gives our furniture the aesthetic appeal you’ve come to expect, but also gives it extra structural support. Our KYDZHinges® set the industry standard for safety. Jonti-Craft uses full-length piano hinges, which prevent small fingers from being pinched when doors open or close. They also allow doors to open to a full 270 degrees, 90 degrees further than most. This means the doors can lay flat against the unit and so children can play without getting banged up knees or breaking off the doors of the product. KYDZHinges are attached with a minimum of nine screws, making the doors extra sturdy to last a lifetime.
Moving furniture can be a hassle, especially when it’s a heavy storage unit filled with blocks. Jonti-Craft features our heavy-duty MAXBrackets® — a caster and a three-point connection bracket rolled into one, instead of plastic wheel casters like those used by other companies. This unique design adds triangular strength and allows furniture to be moved easily without causing stress on the wheel and bracket. And best of all, the wheels are made of hard rubber and won’t leave black marks on your floor! Between the powerful ball-bearings, hard rubber wheels, and a solid steel design, these MAXBrackets are no match for plastic wheels when it comes to durability. Even our stationary units feature the same three-point connection bracket used on MAXBrackets to reinforce the corners, providing maximum stability and strength to the product.
General Care and Maintenance
Plywood (finished)
Use a furniture cleaner, such as Endust®, and wipe with a soft, clean cloth.
Maple (finished)
Use a furniture cleaner, such as Endust®, and wipe with a soft, clean cloth.
Write-n-Wipe
Use glass cleaner and a soft, clean cloth. For unintentional permanent marks, use a soft cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
Mirror
Use a mild dish washing detergent and water on a soft, clean cloth. Do not use glass cleaner.
Laminate
Use a mild detergent on a damp cloth—avoid the use of abrasive cleaners that contain acids or alkalis, scouring pads, and excessive water. After cleaning, the products should be dried off using a soft towel to prevent damage to the product. Excess TRUEdge adhesive may be cleaned off using 3M citrus-based adhesive spray cleaner.
Flannel
Wipe with a damp, soft, clean cloth. Use a lint brush to help remove fibers.
Hardboard (finished)
Wipe with a damp, soft, clean cloth or a furniture cleaning product such as Endust®.
Chalkboard
Wipe with a damp, soft, clean cloth.
Magnetic Write-n-Wipe
Wipe with a light, damp, clean cloth.
See-Thru + Clear Acrylic
Wipe with a mild soap detergent and a lukewarm water solution. Use a clean soft cloth or sponge with as much solution as possible. Rinse well. Dry by blotting with a damp cloth. *Do not use window cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths, leaded or ethyl gasoline or solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and carbon tetracholoride.
Metal + Plastic
Use a mild detergent on a damp cloth, avoiding the use of abrasive cleaners, scouring pad, and excessive water. After cleaning, the products should be dried off using a soft towel to prevent damage to the product. Move furniture during floor mopping to prevent frequent contact with floor cleaning chemicals.
